Terrible service when a product is faulty! They are great when you place an order and want to give them money, but will not reply or try to sort anything when there is a problem. I ordered powerbanks in late 2019, but due to covid I couldnt attend markets to sell these for a good while. The power banks were sitting in a box untouched and in 2022 when tested, they would not charge or work, like they did when I first received them. I understand a 2 yr warranty but that should be on a product in use, not one that is stored away. I had to chase USBmakers and pay to courier the faulty powerbanks to them, and after having to chase them to hear anything, they say they have tested 4 of approx. 15 I returned and that they work, which they do not. They blink red but they do not actually charge or finish charging, like they did in the beginning. So avoid this gaslighting company because if anything goes wrong, they will lie, you have to chase them, and you will lose money. UPDATE: Got issued a partial refund when I left a negative review. They still could not manage to show me proof that the power banks were "working fine" like they claimed, which I knew they were not. Prepare to argue exhaustingly if you have a problem with anything. Would never order from them again, dishonesty from companies is the worst.
