I never really write reviews but I had a bad experience here today. First of all, I was waiting at the front desk of the post office corner for a while, with the mans back turned to me even though he knew i was there. Fair enough if youre busy, but at least say hold on please, rather than pretending im invisible. There was no communication for about 5 mins. I wanted to send off my old passport with a simple request to have it signed and posted. The man at the desk then discussed why this is the wrong decision to post it here but that i still could, so i said yes please i just want it signed and posted first class. I then pay, and walk away as its all approved, yet he has turned his back to me again and hasnt said anything else so i assume everythings gone through and finished! I say thank you goodbye! but as i walk away the man says dont you want your receipt? youre going to need it for this important document and is laughing at my face in a patronising manner. You might be thinking theres nothing wrong with this, but throughout the whole process this man was patronising and tried to make me feel as if i was doing everything wrong. An attitude like this can simply ruin someones day.
