Block Management 24

We took on block management 24 as our management company for our 4 property development in Hertford early 2002, its still early days but to date theyve been brilliant. Their customer care is exactly what youd expect, theyre delivering what they outlined in our initial talks. Keep up the good work. Block Management Quick response times, friendly staff & great communication. After moving into a new development, a management team was already put in place. After having dire service with them, the development decided it was time for a change. After doing some research we came across Block Management. Martin, came to the development and met with a few of the homeowners. We were completely transparent with Martin & told him about our problems and concerns with the management company in place. Martin gave us advice on how to move forward. Block has gone above and beyond to help us get everything into place for the development to move forward. Martin & his team are very friendly, the communication is great. Any queries or questions are answered within 24 hours (on most occasions, this has been within 1 - 2 hours). Martin has also carried out private works for some of the homeowners on the development. Martin & his team take pride & care in their work and always have time to stop and chat when they are on site. So if you're looking for a new management team or some maintenance works to be carried out, we would highly recommend Block Management.

Third time lucky for our block of apartments. The service from the previous two was dire. Block Management 24 have been outstanding, so reliable, efficient and proactive. Their good communication and speedy response on a number of urgent issues this year has been refreshing. We look forward to a long association and would strongly recommend them to new customers.

Block Management are simply an amazing company. From the previous company we were working for they are night and day. Quick to respond, proactive approach and actively take care of the issues, easing our burden. I would truly recommend them to anyone looking for a management company.
