They sent Martin out within 2 hours, assessed the problem and explained in plain english at every step. A camera was push through the pipes to identify the blockage, we were shown on the monitor before he cleared the pipes with springs. Once cleared and flushed he showed us again and recorded it to go with a full report.
Very happy with the service, staff and cost which was much less than the well know emergency drainage company.
