CS Auto collected car and investigated due to a coolant leak and advised EGR cooler and turbo needed replacing and must not be driven as it could break down and lead to engine needing replacing. Car tracker n MyBMW app showed he drove my car every day and night for 4 days clocking up almost 400 miles from Nazeing to Hertford and Buntingford despite risk of damaging engine... if there ever was! Quote was also expensive considering he then confirmed to using second hand parts which should have been a fraction of the price charged for parts had I sourced it online. Also decided to tell me after repairs that I cannot have my parts back even though this was never told to me until car was being returned and he would have to charge a surcharge. So I then asked for pictures of faulty parts and serial numbers to make a claim through BMW and insurance but still not received after a month of chasing. Will now be taking to BMW on suspicion that turbo was not replaced particularly as he was driving car every day from day I gave it to him. Never heard of a 400 mile road test before! Never answers phone and responds in text, bad customer service. Only positive is that car is running well but no idea if parts were genuinely replaced even though he showed me a turbo that was faulty but could have been taken from any car! Happy to update if BMW prove that part was replaced or CS Auto finally send pics and serial numbers of parts but having to go through a lengthy process to be able to make a claim that could have been easier if pics were sent with serial numbers... not a big ask! Would not use again as I don't trust this company!

I had a problem with my truck going into limp mode. I took it to a different garage who insisted it was a DPF issue. This was changed and the issue persisted. Multiple visits back to the garage where they just regenerated it but this did not fix the issue. I eventually took it to Charlie who straight away diagnosed an issue with the EGR valve, which was a cheap fix and resolved the issue. Very happy with the service I received and the technical knowledge. I can't recommend enough. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Have used Charlie for a couple of years now. Always knowledgeable about any issues I have had with any car and has always got the problem sorted. Highly recommend for any work that needs doing. Great guy
