I honestly can't praise this company too highly. My problem was a blocked pipe in the bathroom. The bath would take ages to empty while the shower could only be run for a minute before filling the tray. In short it was a nightmare. The office staff at KG were superb in understanding the problem and arranging an appointment pronto. Help arrived in the form of Aaron and Chris. Both were friendly and professional. They saw the problem and knew how to solve it. Using hi-tech equipment they were able to unblock the pipes. Thank you for a superb service.

In December, I had a string of plumbers (from a different company) in my home for a leak underneath the kitchen sink which was supposedly fixed in a 5mins repair but that 1st repair somehow caused a blockage in the bathroom positioned underneath the kitchen, and there it affected both the sink AND the shower, the reason for which 3 subsequent plumbers from this original firm could neither identify nor fix. In the end, they sent me two "drain specialists" from an outsourced company: KG Drain. Josh and Aaron (forgive me, guys, I never asked for your last names;) arrived and while I didn't get my hopes up after the four previous visits by other plumbers, those two were BRILLIANT. They tried and tested everything and they did NOT leave again until they not only identified the original source for the leak, but also found and repaired the blockage which was a connecting issue. They truly reinstated my belief in competent professionals in the plumbing/drainage field. Way to go, KG Drains: these two employees are true assets for your company.

Professional and efficient. SVP was cracked below ground. I thought that would be the kitchen and utility room floor being dug up. The guys removed the toilet and carried out a cctv inspection then removed a section of the SVP and installed a liner. Brilliant job. Clean and tidy was a bonus!

We had huge problem with our drains as Previous plumber had tried rodding them out and the rods had broken. They had just left them in there. KG came and fixed the problem when 3 other plumbers couldn't. I was delighted with their work and the speed of the call out. Highly recommend ( and I don't do that often)
