Added 4th privacy screen to our recent delivered and erected nova titan 2022 model.......(don't try to fit yourself) Originally thought 3 screens but depending on direction of wind decided to add another one n to be delivered when next in area. It only took 2 weeks n again both guys radek and kauper were efficient and professional as wre the original fitters grzegorz and macibk j. What a great team of fitters you have crownhill. So many people asking for your details to order nova titan..... Best purchase we've made in years

This is an excellent company, the customer service was great, Debbie sorted my order for me then I got a phone call telling me the courier and that they had despatched. Lovely friendly people too very happy. Thank you.

Fantastic service at the Crews Hill store from start to finish. We bought rattan garden furniture. I wanted it for the following weekend as we had visitors, the shop said unfortunately its 2-3 week wait for delivery... 3 days later it arrives and 2 lovely gents put it together for us. I've got to get more furniture and I'll definitely be popping back to this store again.

Wow, so impressed. Not only achieved my expectations but totally blew them out of the water. Great customer service from Kim and the product is fantastic, the Nova set with fire-pit on the table. The instructions were the best I have ever seen, clear and in perfect English, perfect condition and delivered before I was expecting it. What a great summer of relaxation we are going to have, no flights, cancelations or queues. Very happy indeed.
