Hamilton property maintenance service

To be honest my house was in a sorry state and needed a lot of work. I had facias, sofits and guttering at the back and my render was in a terrible state on the back, side and front of my house. It has now been restored to its former glory. I am so pleased with the work that has been done. The workmanship is brilliant and the attention to detail is amazing. I cannot recommend Hamilton Property Maintenance enough. I will be using them for any future work on my property and have recommended them to my friends. Awkward gutter replacement on old property, work completed meticulously including making up bespoke fittings to address strange shape of building and replacing rotten woodwork where necessary and painting to match rest of house. All done swiftly and without fuss. Also located source of leak in roof and repaired it with new flashing and tiles. Would recommend without hesitation.

Gary worked extremely hard yesterday to re build my drive wall, re-felt our garden shed, repair the plinth due to water damage and repair and replace gutters and water pipes that needed some attention. Gary is very customer focused, well intentioned and I would be happy to have him back to do some more work in the future.

Gary carried out repairs to our gutters and roof above window and patio doors. He located the leak and done a fantastic job to a very high standard, I would definitely recommend him.
