Please do not put your loved ones in this care home . Staff are rude . My mother was a resident here . Her room she shared was dirty had no privacy. They removed the hand basin & it took a year to replace it . I used to take a full bag of toiletries over but was used on other residents.they had 2 to a room with just a curtain to divide it. When she passed away I found out from a third party she had died. After 4 days . Even though the had my phone number. also informed they had ordered a new mattress & bedroom furniture for the room after she had died & tried to bill me . When I contacted the manager about collecting her belongings he was so rude . Very uncaring .

Very very impressed with the care and attention given here. Obviously a huge improvement since some of the older reviews here.

Wonderful care home. My dad has dementia and stayed here for two weeks while my mum was in hospital and unable to care for him. Keystone Court were so kind to my dad, making him feel at home, feeding him and taking care of all his needs that he was unable to do himself. They also had a yoga instructor come in during one of our visits, to take a chair yoga class with some of the residents which they seemed to enjoy, although my dad was unable to take part due to his dementia. They have the day's menu on a board for everyone to see and an activity programme for each day of the week so the residents don't get bored. Dad's room was comfy and clean. The staff were very kind and caring towards my dad and always offered visitors a cuppa and a biscuit as soon as they arrived which made us feel welcome. They have a sign on their wall stating "Our residents don't live where we work, we work in their home" or words to that affect... which I think is a lovely way to look at it!
