Horrible place, avoid at all cost. My client ordered a full bathroom suite 3 weeks prior to site works commencement. Nothing, not a single item was delivered on site this time, they simply charged the customer and ceased communication, no updates on delivery time or anything. We started the job, preparations and everything, then decided to take initiative and chase for expected goods. First surprise was being informed the shower tray arrived, good news as this would be a critical element for keeping up progress so instead of waiting for their delivery we went to collect it, on our cost. All good except for the wrong item, they gave us a rectangular tray instead of the quadrant ordered, which arrived 2 days later. After that - nothing. This is the typical business going bust very soon, very polite, friendly and chit chatting when about to take your money, full amount, then of course is another department, manager, secretary, advisor etc dealing with the order. Today on my third visit they still dont have anything from the order on stock, apparently all items have been ordered and awaiting. No time frame given, not even a slight estimate so this could take years, not even a remotely excuse or regret for the inconvenience created, this happening today in Amazon era when almost everything could be delivered in a matter of days. I wonder how such business still survives, this is the perfect example for going bust next day or next week then complaining about the everything but their crass incompetence. Avoid at all cost. By the way, the prices they charge would be easily 25% above anything local, this being based on their superior quality and customer service. We are specialist bathroom fitters working on domestic sector, roughly 60 - 65 bathrooms per year, guess how many my customers will ever buy anything from them?
