        I emailed Silviu to provide a spare key for a remote entry vehicle. It was not an urgent task, so was expecting to wait. By early evening of the same day, I was in possession of a new remote key and it is of a better quality than the factory key I already had. Great service and half the price of the key from Mitsubishi.
