        We went to a cremation on a cold, wet and miserable day. The car parking is badly signposted. The doors to the waiting area were wide open. We had to freeze while we waited. The sound system was inadequate to the task. I hope they don't bring me here when my time has come.

        Absolutely awful behaviour from management naming Tina especially. She should never be allowed to work with people, let alone at a Crematorium.
