We hit a pothole on the main road which damaged our wheel and tyre. We managed to make it into the shell forecourt where we spent the next couple of hours waiting for recovery. The staff were very nice and let my wife, baby and I wait inside the shop and offered us hot drinks etc. When the tow truck was delayed they then let us leave the keys with them so we could get home and put our little boy to bed. Everything went smoothly with the tow truck in the end and the staff were great. Im sorry I didnt catch their names!

I found myself with a flat tyre a hole in it to be precise, I was quite distressed as my car was near the exit and worried I was blocking way, The staff in this garage were amazing helped me with my RAC online form and gave me a cup of tea to calm my nerves. I waited 2 hours for breakdown recovery, they were asking me if I was okay and if I needed anything when I left they gave me a bunch of flowers. I truly appreciated all they done to help me today thank you so much, I will always use this garage to fill up!
