        Fantastic job. My laptop is now like new having been in a very sorry state. I had not realised that the antivirus software I had paid for and downloaded, had actually installed spyware, which in Rob's opinion had probably contributed to the problem. I now have a laptop which performs as if I had just bought it. Thanks Rob, brilliant service.
