Absolutely disgusting I moved to the area two months ago and sadly had no choice but join this GP. I got a call at 8:19am to bring my baby in for 9am. I live a good 20 minute walk to the practice. Which meant I had to get my baby up, dressed, fed, prepare bottles, the nappy bag and leave the HOUSE IN 20 MINUTES. !!! If you have a baby you know this is impossible. Especially young babies who need to be fed otherwise theyll scream the whole place down. Both receptionist are very dismissive and rude. One of them is called Tracey. They hung up the phone on me three times. They become hostile when you decline the appointment. Then blame doctors for their poor planning and lack of common sense. Then try justify it by saying the doctors told them so.When they dont want to deal with you they will accuse you of being rude. They lack problem solving skills and have zero professional knowledge. I will be making a formal complaint to PALS. This place is absolute shambles. A disgrace to hard working nhs workers who put patients first and strive for the best.

This surgery is an absolute disgrace to the NHS! The receptionist staff are rude, dismissive and all around highly unprofessional. I have spoken to a receptionist named Tracey on a number of occasions and I can only describe her conduct as uncaring at best and hostile at worst. Despite me trying to inform the practice manager of the dire state of affairs for sometime now I have not been able to do so. I have been left with severe discomfort due to side effects from medication prescribed and as I am typing this I feel lost and abandoned by a surgery that I thought had a duty of care. In a time when many of us are suffering, this surgery must do better!

If it were for the doctors and medical staff I'd give 5 stars, but the receptionist are terrible there. They give the wrong information and they don't know how to deal with simple samples. I've been told after going to the hospital to drop a sample of urine and after calling the receptionist they didn't know what to do, when I went there, they didn't give any form, also, they lost my sample, it's very bad communication between them, I'd advise to the practice manager, please train your reception staff properly so they know what they are doing. I really think you need to replace your practice manager as it seems they are incapable of doing their job and training their staff and keeping them in control.
