Boundary House Surgery

Worst doctor ever Dr Moneeb. Really rude attitude towards patients who are in immense pain. Has not bothered face. I feel like he is just here for the money and not to take care of patients. Honestly if u are just here for the money should have chose different career path who pays good because a doctor/nurse cares about their patients and you dont have that skill. But honestly if the situation of my family gets worse Im going to sue you and this surgery.

Ive given one start but believe me if I had the option of giving them none I would have done so without hesitating. Ive just gotten off the phone with the doctor who before even calling me didnt bother reading my record, he seemed so uninterested and was very dismissive during our conversation, the gp have been prescribing me painkillers for the past 3 years instead of actually trying to help me with my issue. Dont even get me started on the receptionists I can confidently say Ive never had a positive encounter with any of them, all very rude and most of the times they dont even pick up the phone. Worst gp practice ever!!!!

I dont like reception customer service also you must call 8 oclock in the morning otherwise youre missing appointment Also I dont understand why the booking appointment you must wait 10 days I was suffering my leg for 10 days just to see my GP
