Forest Road Group Practice

Im newish to this surgery and I find Receptionist are polite and kind. I have had to email about one of my diagnoses not being on my file and the second thing is there seems to be an issue with accessing all sections on my online account (all sections as only three are unlocked at the moment) It seems possible they dont know how to unlock it or they do not want me to have access to my files completely but if that is so it should be communicating which would stop me asking for it to be unlocked (if there was good reason for me not to have access) Even after my multiple emails to them, they always respond back with kindness. When I call for appointment or request one online Ive had no trouble and feel they are pretty good. Doctors Ive seen so far are caring and Ive had no concerns around how they dealt with my care when needed. Apart from one doctor in particular who I now wont ask for when booking appointment or need advice I do feel maybe doctors should look into your history properly to get to know you as it does feel like repeating yourself over and over everytime you see a GP. I used to be with the surgery downstairs, (boundary house) now that is a bad surgery ! I changed from them to forest road. I would have given 5 star if the issues I mentioned above was resolved but this is still yet to happen. Which is why I only give three: However I do have an appointment today to discuss my condition which has not been added to my conditions/file and to get the diagnose on my file/conditions added to enable the correct care and understanding of my conditions. I am also hoping my condition found in the year 2016 can be checked again via referral from my appointment later. I will update the review. My missing condition was updated according, I would have given 5 if my access was not still blocked online. Thats the only issue besides this they are amazing

Forest Road MHPs Reception staff & Doctors team were so lovely & professional. Treated with a lot of respect & dignity. Very clean & tidy throughout. Really pleased to have registered with this practice

A massive thank you to BRIAN from the prescription team. He went above and beyond to liaise with me, the pharmacy and the duty doctor to iron out my grandmothers prescription. He actually had to call me back 5 times and was incredibly patient and saw the query through. Thank you Brian, I am very grateful for your compassion and care.

Rubbish!! The system they use that you have to call in the morning at 8am to make appointment is just horrible, i called at 8am, was able to talk to them by 8:24, i was told there is no appointments left, told me to call another day because appointment cant be booked in advance for the next day, the tax and NI we pay is this what they are returning to us, we are a working people I dont have everyday free to call them. They try to find an excuse to not offer you any support. Worthless!
