They charged me on 2 occasions to fix 2 knocking noises.
First one was a loud noise from a broken shock absorber, which they fixed at the time, but now 1 year later it is back! I need to get it fixed ASAP.
The owner convinced me to change my exhaust as he said it was causing a smaller knocking sound. After the exhaust was changed the noise was still the same. The owner then tried to convince me the put the car on the ramp so he could investigate the noise again... and charge me for labour!
I've since taken the car to an honest garage who CLEARLY pointed out the issue to me, at no charge.
There was one person working there who was honest enough to say the small noise doesn't need immediate work.
