        I dealt with Stuart, paid a deposit, invoice provided by Palehouse Groundcare, on closer inspection the account details appear to be his wife's personal account details. Having requested the deposit to be returned as the machine was not suitable which I admit was my mistake, I was told that the deposit was non-refundable. This was not discussed or neither was it indicated on the invoice. I received no reply to my first email request for return of the funds. Second email this morning I have screenshot and uploaded the reply. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to buy form this company to reconsider and buy from someone more reputable. This outcome is totally unnecessary as the machine had a number of interested buyers for it and was sold as soon as it was relisted. Stay well clear of compacttractor.co.uk or Palehouse Groundcare.

        If zero stars could be given it would be. Very unfriendly after we paid in full for goods and they failed to ship. Answer to everything is to get a full refund as they can sell the goods to an unsuspecting client who will not notice works required under warranty. Steer very clear unless you are looking for bad service, without a smile and a whole load of stress
