Bio-Life International Ltd

After placing an order and not knowing that I would be further charged I contacted them and cancelled it. After being told to return the item and I would get a full refund this was done but still waiting for it to be processed after 6 weeks. Constantly being told that due to a technical error they can't process my refund until it's resolved. No other explanation being given or a time scale of when this will be. Please avoid and read the small print before making any purchase. Fraudsters

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Bio-Life International, I needed to refund a product that I no longer needed so called their office (as I submitted an email enquiry and after a week still heard nothing back). The man who answered (unfortunately he didn't say his name) seemed to have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed, for some reason he got angry at me for wanting to return the product. He said 'well we have spent the money posting this to you' even though the product I ordered was not eligible for free delivery, so I paid for the postage. I then asked where to return it and he said 'check the address on the invoice' to which there was no address on there. I have never spoken to someone as rude as this man for something as simple as wanting to return an item!

Their products are life changing for me and many others. I'm terribly allergic to dog hair including poodles and thanks to Petal Cleanse I can have a dog. Home Cleanse I use on woollen carpets and mattresses when I go on holiday cos I'm terribly allergic to wool. Also Home Cleanse and Air Cleanse stops the dust allergy for both me and my dog who is also allergic to dust, pollen, grass and moulds, same as me. This company is BRILLIANT
