I would highly recommend Katie. She has been my physiotherapist for many years. I have a diagnosis of Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder which was picked up by Katie before any medics that I had seen as she had taken a thorough history and joined the dots. She has an excellent knowledge of the condition and has done further research when needed which has supported me no end. She has not only provided excellent treatment for many different injuries but also for pain relief which is very common for me. She has also been very reassuring when I have had particularly difficult flare up, explaining why I have the symptoms and so making them feel less overwhelming. She is my first point of contact when I am needing any support or treatment and is always able to advise. Katie has ensured my workplace are aware of my needs and has been the central point for me between other medical specialists which had been lacking previously.

Best physio I've ever been to by a long shot. Katie knows her stuff and gets me fixed up in no time.

Absolutely superb physio. Vastly experienced. Very down to earth. Great at diagnostics. Does not bring you back for unnecessary follow up. Particularly good at sports-related injuries. No hesitation in recommending her.

Sadly Katie wasn't able to help me on a recent visit. I described my physical problems to her, admittedly numerous, like pain bending when forward, reduced bladder control, and legs momentarily going from under me all of a sudden, waking with dead arms at night, headaches in the morning..... Katie thought the problems were largely mental and sent me youtube videos after the session showing the power of the mind manifesting pain. I was sure there were physical things that could be fixed with the right therapist and decided to not see Katie again as she was way off target...I was in fact a little insulted to be advised it was in my head....Thank goodness I took the plunge to see Alex the Osteopath in Horsham. He saw straight away lumbar dysfunction and treated it ....He has given me back my life quality. I'm sleeping very well for the first time in years and have body comfort back again. All nasty symptoms gone and so much happier for it ! Sorry Katie - just saying it how it is.

Katie is an excellent physiotherapist, who puts you at ease throughout your treatments however challenging they may be! Being a crash test dummy I have worked with many physiotherapists over the years, and have a tendancy to 'loosely' follow what I am told, but Katie is the only one where I feel that the physiotherapist gets this, and is firm but fair in telling me to do my homework! Physiotherapy is a team game, it takes two to get the results, and that is exactly how Katie conducts her treatments. If you are anywhere near Katie, so that would be Horsham, Cowfold, Partridge Green, Henfield area and looking for a good physiotherapist (And in my case one that understands sports peoples mentalities, especially skiers!) then I strongly recommend you give Katie a call. I understand Katie does therapies for all types of clients from all walks of life, and I know of a lot of local sports amateurs such as tennis players, skiers and squash players that have used Katie to get back on the court or piste!
