Preordered Pizzas 6 hours before scheduled to pick it up, don,t know why we bothered, it would have been quicker to make our own from scratch, as for the staff well to say they couldn,t care less doesn,t cover it, when we eventually got the Pizzas some 50 mins late they where nothing to shout about, tadted better ones from Iceland. This is a shame really as the Haven Park itself is a great base for the Lake District, also don,t go to Cooks Chippie on the site its dreadful, get in your car and go back down the road to Flouders Chippe this place is proper. Come on Haven get a grip

3 stars as food was nice. Waited over 30mins and didnt even look busy. Was given a buzzer thing to alert us when food was ready but it didnt and food was sat there waiting when we want to ask how long it would be and staff had no interest or urgency when dealing with us or other customers.

Honestly. The 1 star is only so I can write this review. Over an hour and a half wait for the order. Staff members pulling faces when checks came onto the pass. One staff member marching up and down the kitchen, heaven knows what he was doing. Picking up food with his fingers and just throwing it into the pizza boxes. A female staff member said to him customers are watching you and he just pulled a face. The wrong attitude to have when you have an open kitchen. And being able to see the kitchen was a bit off putting. The floor was pitted in semolina. There was staff drinks just left next to customers orders. Food just left under heating lamps to go cold. And the posters advertised free delivery to caravan, something I was informed they didn't do anymore! Avoid at all costs. Go back to your caravan and have some toast. I wish that's what I had done
