        Stayed here on a girls weekend with Adele. This is one of the most beautiful cottages Ive ever stayed in. Clean and spacious with everything you need. Ample facilities to entertain and we cooked a wonderful meal. The next evening we just walked to the local pub which is minutes away. Cartmel is stunning but only go if youre staying in this cottage!! Get the full experience. Cant wait to visit at Christmas as Ive heard the owner decks the halls and put up a tree!!

        The Nest is a charming little bolt-hole perfect for couples. It is finished to a very high spec and has all the little extras you need for an extremely comfortable stay. The bed is AMAZING! Situated perfectly for lazy days exploring the beautiful mediaeval village of Cartmel and one of its many pubs/restaurants or if youre feeling a bit more energetic and fancy a hike the Lakes are only a short car journey away. Highly recommended and well definitely be back!
