Having had a few quotes from local companies James provided us with a fair and realistic price that ticked all our requests and requirements. The contract put in place for the work was structured well to allow for part payments at set phases so I could keep track of our budget as the project progressed and invoices broken down to clearly outline what we were paying for. We made a few changes throughout the project and James took these on board without any hassle and delivered those changes successfully and within our budget. Throughout the project he communicated professionally and openly and was always available when needed to answer and questions or queries we had. The works took slightly longer than anticipated at no fault of James but he went out of his way numerous times to try and rectify us being let down by suppliers and worked hard to get the project over the line despite all the issues that came our way. We will definitely have James back when we decide to do the work to our driveway at a later date and would not hesitate to recommend him to others who require Landscaping work on their property. Thanks James! Lets hope next time that one Magpie keeps well away!
