So bad they make BT look amazing. Speeds are nowhere near as quoted and as for the downtime, it's shocking.. I have 150Mb fibre BB and meant to get a minimum 75Mb download speed. Yeah right, more like 19 to 20Mb if I'm lucky. I have a data sim that gives the same.

We bought a house in rural Devon and before making an offer called Airband to check when they were going to connect the house to the broadband network they were apparently building. Since then, we have been told by Airband that we will be connected in Sept 22, late 22, early 23, April 23, mid 23, and mid 24 sometimes two different people call us the same week to give us two different dates. Clearly they havent got a clue whats going on, but their marketing people are keen to sign you up. It would be good to have the product or at least to know when it is going to be available before calling people. Im giving them two stars because at least you can talk to someone every time you call them, even if they cannot help you in any way.

Terrible company to be honest, slow support and never totally resolve issues. Im just really glad Im at the end of my contract term, as I will soon be moving to a better service. Also I have made attempts in the last to increase my service package effectively upgrading my service and even that was ignored. So Im afraid AirBand while their mission I support I dont support them as a sole company as they are terrible at what they do. Very disappointed customer! And dont get me started on customer service its absolutely terrible, I think customers know they are being fobbbed off when they are left hanging for days!

Very poor, left BT, then airband could not deliver, had to pay BT another month, still Air Band could not deliver, then another month, had to go with Vodafone in the end who we were intending origonaly to go with. Nearly a year before Airband were ready. Too late still have another year on copper before we can choose. Jurrasic fibre now available as they just chucked a feed over head. All this due to the gas company breaking the Cable pathway in the road 3 years ago. We have had the companies out in the streets loads of time this winter but none will listen when we tell them the path way for the cables is blocked.
