4 attempts to put me through to the correct department that, fingers crossed could help. Nope, one number no longer in service, second number correct but had nothing on the system regarding my complaint, third time of ringing call center they said they don't deal with complaints and wanted to but me back through to the second choice who had not got any information. DCI Andrew Bailey must be under cover deep somewhere out there people as no one get reach him, so if anyone knows him can you ask him to look at case number CO/00366/19 and call me please?
