The thought of losing a lifetimes worth of data/information, photos and personal information is mind blowing! However, The Geeks proved themselves invaluable as they were able to retrieve 99% of data for me. Lesson learned-must back-up my external hard drive in future. Excellent service and quick! Losing business or personal data is amongst other things, very stressful. But from my first contact with The Geeks, I was treated like a valued client, and provided with a totally professional service for rapid, effective and affordable data recovery. From a badly corrupted and worn external hard drive, The Geeks were able to recover over 98% of all data in just a few days, and kept me in the loop all the time, advising me of the recovery process and the progress. I have learned two valuable lessons: firstly the importance of keeping up to date data backups, and secondly that when things do go wrong, The Geeks have proved themselves as data guardian angels - these guys really do know their stuff, they're knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, affordable, and professional from start to finish. Because of a string of unfortunate events which I'll spare everyone the details, I ended up locking myself out of my phone, the password I somehow forgotten and without that I had no other options but to factory reset my phone. I found The Geeks after searching the webs for a data recovery company that would try to extract the data from my Oneplus phone. The Geeks were the only ones to actually attempt to extract data, no other companies would even give it a chance. Even though in the end it wasn't possible to retrieve any data from my Oneplus phone because of the top level of security on it (which is a blessing and a curse), I have to still give them top ratings in the quality of service and their honest hard work they put in to try and get any data off of my phone. If you're willing to pay for the service I would definitely recommend these guys, totally worth every penny and if they don't manage to complete the service, they don't charge you so you really don't have anything to lose. They even sent back my phone first class delivery free of charge. Excellent customer service and brilliant work ethic. A****
