What a petty returns team.. I have returned a laptop a few months ago. Even though I have the online confirmation of the parcel being delivered they say they didn't receive it. Maybe you should sort out your "magicians" in the returns department and not make customers pay for your ignorance! Be careful when returning items guys.. even if you have proof of delivery they'll ask for a video of you handing in the parcel. Small claims court for me next
