Traditional pub, great food, polite and attentive staff. Good prices given the high quality of the food. When the country appears to be charging higher than ever prices for lower than ever service and quality, this place is a refreshing haven!

We have been coming here for a few years before the pandemic struck. We re visited again recently for the first time since lockdown and yet again everything was great. The atmosphere is that of an old english pub, rif raf and kids running around are a rare site here. It's like sitting in a friends dining room at their house. The food is great, the owner is very hospitable, the staff are so polite, the prices are very fair so what else is there to say? Three adults, 3 large wines, 2 soft drinks, 2 starters, 3 main courses and a coffee 80. Some parking on site, we have never not been able to park on site!
