        Terrible service. 650 paid in advance. Car broke down on the day. Had to help push it into side street. No replacement supplied in time to get to ceremony. Ended up in a cab and then running through London to get to ceremony on time. Derisory offer of 75 compensation. Failure to respond to correspondence. Do not use this company. UPDATE Over three years later and still no resolution to this problem. Complete absence of customer service.

        We hired a beautiful drophead Bentley which was absolutely perfect for our wedding. Our chauffeur, Dan, was similarly perfect - my sister wanted to take him home with her, but I said No. The office, especially Dany and Kevin were very helpful with excellent attention to detail. Their cars are clearly very well looked after, and Dan drove it with care and expertise. Fortunately, he even knew the pedigree of the car as he was grilled by my now husband for whom it was a wonderful surprise.
