Vyairs equipment is excellent. I have been using them for 6 years but unfortunately they lost my business for good. Recently I ordered a 40/40 Ro membrane from them as I always do when they need replacing. Out the box it was producing over 200ppm which it should obviously not be producing such a high TDS when brand new. Ive been producing my own pure water for many years and I know full well what I am doing so I knew the Ro was defective. I dealt with Sam from the technical department who is usually good at his job. After troubleshooting many things with Sam vyair eventually agreed to refund the Ro and take it back. Unfortunately I had to chase them up several times to get to this point even after I was informed I would receive a call back speedily. In my opinion if I have to chase someone to do their job for them this is bad customer service. When vyair refunded me the money they had the cheek to keep a delivery charge which I had to call up and kindly but firmly ask to be refunded as well. Not a good way to treat long standing customers in my opinion. The amount of times I have ordered carbon blocks from vyair and requested they be shipped as fragile and they have turned up snapped in half and not shipped securely was also an ongoing issue. Unfortunately I will not deal with them again.

I dont usually bother with reviews, bit the guys at Caspian/vyair deserve a special mention, especially Dom. I recently needed some additional parts to extend my RO filter to a 5 stage. Absolutely amazing customer service and help from Dom in sorting these parts out. Despite some parts being delivered wrong, a prompt re delivery was promised and arranged. Couldnt reccomned enough!

When my fairly new mixer tap needed a new aerator I sought advice from Vyair customer services. I was advised to buy a new gap!!! No help whatsoever with sourcing a spare part and no respect shown to me the customer. A very poor experience from what I had previously thought was a respected company. Would never return.

Terrible service and advice. I purchased a Reverse Osmosis Water filter system from Vyair a few years ago. Every time I have to order new filters I have problems with the website and delivery, or the wrong filters being sent to me. I usually end up having to call them to resolve the issue and have had to wait a long time to receive them in the past. I recently tried to order a replacement filter which was displayed as 'in stock' on the website. Had problems ordering through the website as it would not calculate delivery, so I called them. They put the order through and then I get an email a day later to tell me the item is out of stock! They offered me an alternative filter which was not compatible with my Vyair product (They claim to offer a level of technical support and advice few companies of their size offer... I guess they do not say what level that is, but you would think they would know). After I told them I don't think the product is compatible, they told me they no longer supply filters for my system and will not be getting more in the future, sorry, goodbye. So I now have an expensive Vyair water filter that is useless and nowhere I can find supplies of these unique filters. The unit was great, fully functioning and I had no problems with it, but without replacement filters... I will be sad to see it go.
