Amara Holistics

I dropped in here for an oil back massage whilst over from Australia visiting family, having endured a 34 hour journey a few days prior (I'm 6ft 2 and flew in economy with 2 young kids... definitely not the most comfortable journey of my life). Back in Sydney massages are practically a way of life with various options in every suburb, including sports, remedial, Thai, Chinese, Swedish, Hawaiian - every type. I've had hundreds of massages whilst living over there for the past 15 years, and so have experienced the full range from excellent to terrible. Ines, here at Amara, ranks up there with the best I've had. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be going back again before I return to Australia next month.

I came to Amara Holistics because I was having trouble with my back. The massage was amazing and really helped me move a lot better. Ines was very friendly and gave me some very good advise. I highly recommend. I will continue to come for my massage and also I am going to try reflexology.

I really enjoyed my experience at Amara with Ines as I did a course in Reiki 1. I felt the energy immediately when she touched me and it was a very informative, spiritual and rewarding experience. I found her to be encouraging, soothing and resourceful, and the lesson was well organised. The Reiki itself was relaxing and I didn't want it to end!
