        As echoed in other reviews the manager Carol has zero customer service skills, is very abrupt to the point of being rude. I had one syllable answers where as another customer just got barked at. No smile, manners, just rude. T&T clipboard is also in full view for anyone to read your name and number. Should be a slip placed in a locked box, don't hold your details privately which is appalling One star for the tea and cake as they were lovely but the service far overshadows anything positive

        Didn't impress me. In addition, they give discounts to highly paid workers using the "blue light card", but not to people on ordinary or low incomes. That is an absolute no-no to me, regardless of anything else.
