I've been a work in progress for James for a couple of months now. He's never judging, but always encouraging. His motivation reserves are high and I tap them all the time because I want to be better, fitter etc but never have the time to fit that in and there's always a ready excuse when time is limited by work commitments. I don't think of my visits as gym alternative but more a motivational reboot, working with James on movement, breathing and strength. So, if you're over 40 and have a busy life that prevents "you" time, get signed up and see what a difference a James makes!

I've been using James for a number of years now both as a class member and on a one to one basis. There are many able trainers out there but it is fundamentally important to choose one who is amply knowledgeable fully experienced and truly committed to helping you fulfill your objectives . The added bonus is that James has a depth of knowledge about the body its health and nutritional requirements gained from years of experience working with all types and capabilities of customer that make him one of the best if not the best available. If you value your health and welfare then why trust your most valuable asset with anyone else ?

I am in the early stages of strength and conditioning coaching with James. Two decades of motorcycle racing and associated injuries have taken their toll on my body. So James is dealing with dysfunction as well as scar tissue and general neglect! I am already feeling the benefits of the program so far. James has a well established and professional approach that only comes with his level of experience. James is highly approachable and will work with you to achieve your own personal goals.
