        When asked a polite question, was told you know where the door is . When asked for flannel and towel to prepare for bed, the wet flannel and towel was thrown on my bed. These were on separate occasions and occurred two years ago.

        Absolutely discussing. The staff there are nothing but pure incompetent. I'm so glad I wasn't in to visit my mother on this latest visit, but I will be making formal complaints to powers that be. I hope this care home is shut down, for everyone's peace of mind.
