They do not acknowledge you to say hello when you enter the salon or even say goodbye. They speak in Chinese to each other which I find offensive. I lived abroad for many years and I expected it but not in our native country . My pedicure was good but they don't offer normal Polish this is so you aren't lingering about waiting for it to dry so they can get as many customers in as they can! This was so after my manicure the following week, she rushed my hand so she could get the next customers in. Very disappointed with the level of customer service and their booking system is cramped their focus is I won't be returning Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Love the staff and their daughter. Stays on for weeks.

So first thing we noticed is how they like to rush as many customers as possible we were told it would take half hour to do originally it then ended up taking hour and a half with no apology at all ,they just wanted to squeeze as many customers in to do between the 2 staff members at one time,my Daughter said the man was quite rough and cut her hand slightly no apology there either, there child who was hanging around the salon trying to make conversation with the customer spilling her food all over the couch there for waiting customers and climbing on top of couch,once had to tell child to stop climbing on top of couch as was worried she would fall into glass the adults wernt watching what she was doing at all ,when I got the cash the woman jumped up and snatched it out my hand which seemed a bit desperate and embarrassing won't be coming again all they care about is money not there customers.
