I was recommended to Pico Financial Planning, Simon Pendle, and couldn't have been happier with the care and understanding from my first phone call, through all of the fairly (very) complicated details of my property, to obtaining my lifetime mortgage. He certainly had his work cut out! We got there in the end, all thanks to Simon who refused to give up and gallantly jumped every hurdle that was put in our way.
