A disappointing experience. I visited the Louth office to arrange for a Will for me, and my Lasting Power of Attorney for my daughters. A draft Will was emailed to me and on the front title page I had been given a completely wrong surname. I responded with the request they pay more attention to detail in future and received an apology for a spelling error. It wasnt a spelling error; it was a completely different name. The LPOAs required signatures and by email I provided an address for one of my daughters in order for her to receive it directly. Receipt of that email was confirmed during my next visit to the BG office where I was assured the mailing address would be used. It wasnt; it went to the wrong address. While none of the above was life threatening, as a new client the service seemed rather shabby.
