Some of my family hired it whilst visiting Louth for a funeral and to see other family but were a little disappointed as it was very cramped. The stairs are extremely steep and not really suitable for elderly, slightly disabled people. With the bathroom downstairs my elderly relative had to resort to taking a bucket up to bed rather than risk negotiating the stairs during the night! They were booked for two nights but ended up booking alternative accommodation for their second night. That said the accommodation was clean and bright and had all the necessary equipment and facilities but was really better suited to younger, fitter guests .
