Really don't appreciate the bloody lecture from your staff member (Shaun is it?) Yes, I know my responsibilities / liability when doing electrical work on *my own house* thanks - even if I do not know the exact technical terms for some newer items of kit. Your job is Technical Sales *not* some kind of DIY Police. Just do your job and sell the kit or give advice. Telling people off like a school teacher will not improve your sales figures.
