Saw Dmitri for first time as our previous dentist has now left the practice. Dmitri was very thorough, pleasant and caring. I need not have worried about changing after all - recommended. Thanks for your care and attention all staff at Louth Dental Care

I just had my appointment with the Hygeinist, Ms Katsakouli for a good cleaning. Wow! That's the best scale and polish that I've had in many years. Usually a scale and polish in recent years has consisted of 5 minutes removing plaque with a metal prong. This one, which I paid for, took upwards of half an hour. Lots of scraping, using the prong and an instrument then a polish then more plaque removal. A proper clean just like the dentist used to do some years ago. Thank You.

I'm an NHS patient here. I needed a big filling in a molar, I didn't want the NHS standard mercury filling so asked about a white one. As is normal, I was told I would need to pay privately for this. This was done by the same dentist at a later appointment. Very polite, caring service and actually a sensible price. Unfortunately it popped out a few months later, I went back and it was replaced. I didn't demand anything, I went to pay the bill and was told there was no charge. Highly recommended dentist, we've been with a few different ones over recent years and this is the best. Unlike another we tried in Lincoln, we have never been offered or pressure-sold any hygienist polishing treatments, which seems to be a money-spinner for many others. Just honest treatment and service.

My wife called the day before her appointment and spoke to one of the most caring human beings on the planet, she was advised that her pain which was so bad that it kept her awake all night, and swelled her face would be needing antibiotics and pain relief, that could all be sorted at the appointment the following day, she suffered greatly throughout the night but hung in there. We where greeted by the same amazing receptionist, which made my wife feel reassured and happy to be treated by the practice, she was seen on time, but here is where the great service ended, the dentist in question was blunt and completely unhelpfull, putting a temporary filling that was so big in my wife's tooth that she can't close her mouth completely, the dentist proceeded to ask her questions and say that she couldn't see a problem and there was no swelling, then said why was this treated as an emergency?!?!, needless to say this made my wife feel like utter garbage, and after being treated like this we won't be paying the 300 odd treatment that the dentist advised needed doing. Shocking bed side manner please avoid this place at all costs, where the great service ends at reception.
