TLDR: Mostly great service, ruined by one guy who tried to give me back my bike with messed up hydraulic brakes, claimed they were fine when they clearly were not. Full story: Dropped my bike off for a service and to fix creaking. There were multiple repairs, it seemed mostly fine. When I picked it up one guy was a bit rude (the rest of team are very polite) but I ignored it. When I next took my bike out for a ride, the hydraulic brakes, which had always been tight and responsive before service, were now both very poor, and both brake handles could almost reach the handlebar. I turned around immediately as they were dangerous. I took the bike back in to get this fixed, this was fine, the employee was very apologetic. When I came to retrieve it afterwards the brakes were no better, handle still reaching the bar. The rude guy was there again and tried to get me to take the bike back home, and when I tested the brakes, bare-faced told me that they were fine and I "shouldn't squeeze the brakes so hard". I refused to take it till it was fixed and had to wait till the following week to get it back, this time in working order.

Called in on Saturday morning it was like I was invisible found the guy very arrogant and ignorant shan't ever go there again
