We visited twice just to be sure that the mattress we chose was perfect for us. And honestly we couldn't be happier- we visited a lot of stores and just couldn't find something we really liked that didn't come with a very high price tag. In the past, I have purchased mattresses for 4 times as much as I paid with these guys and those mattresses were certainly not as good as this one. The price is incredible for what we got, the service was professional and friendly. And the product above and beyond what you would expect for such a low price! Well worth the money and we will certainly return when it comes to purchasing the next mattress.

bought a bed from this company having travelled from Doncaster to make the purchase . when the iron bed arrived it had paint chips on one of the legs . i contacted Bedz of louth to bring it to their notice . The response was more or less what do you expect us to do , we'll contact the supplier , which they never did . i contacted Serene myself and they posted me some touch up paint and i did the repair myself , not an ideal situation but at least they responded so if you want a bed at a reasonable price and good customer care , avoid Bedz of Louth like the plague
