Anyway start with the pizza they definitely changed the pepperoni to a cheaper option or it had gone off as it tasted vile unlike anything I'd tasted before.
The burgers are a shadow of what they once was
And the fries when I got my order was like been fried once and not even cooked through properly
. Even though they boast about being triple fried. It's a shame as I did rate it as one of the best in louth for food and its not the cheapest to order from. But safe to say they have lost a customer for good now.

We were given one paper menu between 6 people and then told by a manager to download The Wick app. When we asked the server if the paper menu was also correct they told us they'd never even seen the paper menu before and weren't sure how they'd managed to give us it.
There was then also discrepancy between the Wick app, the website link on their Instagram and their just eat page. One person tried to order a 'gone trufflin' pizza as per the menu and the server looked at them as if they were speaking a different language.
After finally ordering some things that were available through trial and error, our food was brought out with no cutlery. However, this was quickly rectified.
The food was ok and the manager seemed on the ball but the rest of the staff seemed either extremely nervous or had no idea what was on the menu.
Upon trying to pay, we asked if we could itemise the bill and were told no. Luckily one person could put it all on one card and we paid them but I'm sure that's not the case for everyone. This definitely needs to be rectified.
This place has potential but definitely need more staff training, clearer menus and more items on the menu (especially vegetarian options).
I had the goats cheese and sweet pepper pizza pictured.
