        If I could put zero stars I would. The opening times ARE A JOKE. How are you suppose to make inquires when the opening times are only half of the day and people work 9 to 5 jobs. Also being closed on a Saturday especially when other Bank branches are open. Easy life for people who work in banks and have ridiculous bonuses by only working half a day isn't it !.

        Shocking! You can really see where NatWest's interests are when a bank offering business banking opens at 9.30am (when most working people are at work) and closes at 2.30pm (when, yep you guessed it, most working people are still at work). Staff are not bothered either so I'm not sure why the place is still open Awful.

        I can't fault the staff at the NatWest branch in louth.i took in alot of shrapnel coinage.the lady who served me was welcoming and I had service with a smile.top marks.

        Staff always been helpful. Is a shame about the reduced hours but its good they are open. There are some banking functions that are not possible to do online and you need to go in the bank in person as well as keeping open for those people who dont have access to, or are nervous about, internet banking. Long may it stay that way.
