        Previously I have found the staff im this store to be very helpful, but today I was spoken to in a very curt and abrasive manner. I did not appreciate this, so I left and went elsewhere.

        Apologies ,this review is for the Debden Broadway shop...Don't bother with this store... The communication from this store is dreadful.....despite booking a flu jab on the 25th September..for a flu jab appointment for the 29th October, was told after making a special journey and arriving at the store to be told due to "technical difficulties" they would not be able to do the flu jab....a phone call , email or text would have been sufficient from boots to me, to prevent me wasting my time traveling to this store.

        Don't know about other people review look like they just love to put bad reviews and look like they never had a bad service, but I can tell you for sure this pharmacy it's good. Yes it's small but when you come to get prescription do you really need a space or service?! And a stuff it's really friendly and helpful! Thank you BOOTS for being there and being so helpful and friendly!!!
