First and last time I will use them. Terrible service.. they didnt pay for item on the same day I sold it to them and the next day had to wait hours for their payment department to make the payment. Not impressed one bit.

From the initial phone call asking how it works in selling Gold, I was really impressed. When we visited the Loughton store, Sharna was really helpful, explained the process and then called us one hour later with the valuations. We had a little hiccup with one piece of Jewellery but even that went through okay after they kindly sent it to their Hatton Garden store for checking. Great experience all round. Thank you.
