        A very thorough eye examination - much better than I've received in other opticians, and very courteous and knowledgeable optometrist.

        Walked in, there was a blonde middle aged woman leaning with her elbows on the counter, supervisor or manager. Other members of staff approached me and explained some policies, I said that I should cancel my eye test if possible. The blonde lady, unhappy with the result, approached me again to repeat EXACTLY the same words the other staff used. She then walked away while still talking to me, with a patronising and intimidating "The next time..! " When I left the shop, she didn't even acknowledge my "Thanks, bye!", I just walked few doors down to Specsavers, did a test and got brand new glasses with excellent (non-prejudiced) customer service. Needless to say my family will not shop there in the foreseeable future.

        Getting rather frustrated! Got my glasses, paid a LOT OF MONEY comparing to other opticians and I keep returning for repairs as they cant seem to screw the screws tight enough.
