        I contacted the surgery at 8am on a Monday and received a call from my doctor (Ding) less than two hours later. I was given an appointment for that same morning and was referred for a scan which took place in Epping the following Monday. The day afterwards Dr Ding called me to discuss the result. As an infrequent user of health services I was delighted with the treatment I received both from Loughton Health Centre and the NHS.

        I had an excellent experience today. I called at 8am by 815am I had gotten an appointment with the doctor. I didn't have to go in, I got to do it all by an app. Less than an hour later I got a phone call with a kind and helpful Dr Alan Ding and he sorted me out in 10 minutes or so. I am a health centre avoider so this was my perfect experience. I have my prescriptions for my conditions and didn't have to leave my house. I was hesitant about the tele-doctor service before I had tried it but I loved it.
