So far the team at Fine and COuntry have been fantastic. Everything has happened according to the timetable, they have arranged many viewings and are following up promptly. The team is bright and enthusiastic, I would not hesitate to recommend.

Steph - this charming young lady has truely exceeded our expectations! When Steph took over our listing due to issues with a previous agent she was met with me wanting to remove my house from sale, she asked us to give her just 2 weeks, so that was what we did. From that day she has continuously secured viewings each weekend where as we previously had very few the entire month before. She has been in touch and guided us through each and every step of the way which for myself has helped tremendously. Selling a house is such a stressful time and whilst battling severe anxiety it is made even worse, Steph has honestly made this entire process so much easier for me and my family. Even tho we have just accepted an offer she is still on hand to talk us through the ongoing process even on her days off, she seems to genuinely care for her customers whilst doing her job to an amazing and professional standard. Ive already passed her details to a friend whos currently struggling to sell her property with another agent. Thank you so much Steph! I never expected this to all happen so fast and nor did the auction house involved, you proved us all wrong!!

Terrible from start to finish. Disorganised, have no clue about marketing the best features of a property and manager never available. Late for viewing and poor use of media. We had to take our own additional photos and re write information as it was poor quality. Beware, they seem to get commission to take on new properties but not motivated to sell
